Q: What about COVID?

A: We have been successfully running our Club program since September, without needing to close, and are very confident in our health and safety protocol! Please see below for our current COVID-19 protocol. With the ever-changing landscape, we are not sure what will need to change by the start of next school year, however we absolutely be following all Public Health guidelines and are 100% committed to prioritizing the health and safety of our Club families and our staff.

COVID-19 Notes:

Our plan is constantly evolving as new information and guidelines become available, with the overarching goal of creativity and community in a safe and healthy environment. Safety measures we will be taking include:

  • Groups will remain separate from each other at all times and group size will follow local health orders.

  • Thorough cleaning of surfaces and spaces will be a priority, as it always is!

  • Per the Public Health Madison & Dane County Emergency Order, face coverings/masks are required of all who are five-years-old and older when in an enclosed space (exceptions made for snack time). We will follow all mask-related public health orders in place during the 2021-2022 school year.

  • All public health distancing requirements in place during the 2021-2022 school year for child care settings will be followed.

  • Health and temperature checks will be required upon arrival for students and staff.

  • Hand sanitizer and hand washing stations will always available for students and staff and frequent hand washing will be practiced.

  • We will follow all health and safety requirements and guidelines from Public Health Madison & Dane County regarding quarantines and closures.
