CO-FOUNDER/-CO DIRECTOR Tara has over 20 years experience working in education and a degree in Marketing. Besides being a co-founder and co-director for Creative Soul Camp and all of its programming she is the owner and creator of Yummy Sprout, a program offering culinary classes for kids. Her favorite ways to spend time include cooking with her family, trivia, yoga, writing, painting, traveling, reading books and taking her dogs for walks.
CO-FOUNDER/ CO-DIRECTOR Jamie is an educator who has been working in the camp industry for more than 20 years. She is the owner of a program agency which develops and operates educational and enrichment programs and trainings such as a kids yoga program, trainings for kids yoga teachers and a camp counselor training. She also is the owner of a podcast network and a professional development group for business-owning moms. Jamie also loves to hike, see live music and explore Madison with her kids.
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT A trained postpartum doula and self-described craft nerd, Shalon has spent most of her career in the non-profit sector, managing volunteer programs for basic needs organizations. When not in the kitchen making desserts with her two kids, she can be found tackling her extensive backlog of fiber arts projects, pondering existential questions like, "how much yarn is too much yarn?", and writing queer love stories.

AFTERSCHOOL PROGRAM SITE DIRECTOR Guen is a wonderful part of our afterschool team and an aspiring artist who is passionate about spreading creativity! She loves to paint, hang out with her cats, watch movies, and all things art!
AFTERSCHOOL PROGRAM SITE DIRECTOR Brynn is a post-baccalaureate student at UW-Madison, completing coursework to pursue graduate school for Speech-Language Pathology! She loves working with kids, and worked for 3 years at an elementary school in Saint Paul before returning to school. In her free time, Brynn likes to do yoga, read, and spend time with her cat, Barbie.
AFTERSCHOOL PROGRAM SITE DIRECTOR Alex is a student at UW-Madison studying English with a minor in Education and Gender and Women's Studies. In high school Alex worked as a piano teacher, volunteered at the local Youth Center, and has also volunteered as a tutor for multiple subjects throughout both high school and college. She hopes to pursue a Masters in Secondary Education as she works toward her goal of becoming an English Teacher.

AFTERSCHOOL PROGRAM SITE DIRECTOR/ CULINARY SPECIALIST Kennedy is a site director and culinary specialist extraordinaire, she also assists our art specialists. She is a junior at UW Madison and this is her second year working at Creative Soul. She loves working with kids and eventually would like to be an art teacher.
SUPPLY MANAGER/ DRAMA PROGRAM LEAD/ CLUB LEADER Kyra is a current student at UW-Madison studying Psychology. She is a caring and experienced childcare provider dedicated to creating a safe and loving environment for children. With 6 years of experience, she prioritizes fun, learning, and nurturing relationships.

CLUB LEADER Erin is a senior at UW-Madison and studying Elementary Education. She is passionate about working with children and loves seeing them grow into their own personalities and identities. Every time she works with kids, at any age, she leaves with a smile on her face! When not working or studying, she loves to play with her dog or walk around the Madison area!
