Enrollment Notes:

Enrollment contracts are for the duration of the academic year and Club fees will be billed in 9 equal installments through the year. We understand that with many area school districts starting virtually, with no clear picture as to if and when students will go back to school in-person, that families need flexibility this year. Our 2020-2021 enrollment policy allows for contract withdrawals for the following reasons: changes to in-person/virtual programming for your school district, changes in recommendations from public health, or changes in transportation availability for your child. If MMSD offers in-person instruction this year, we will contact their transportation department to inquire about bussing to Club from neighboring schools and will keep families informed! Withdrawals must be made in writing at least two weeks prior to the last date of attendance.

COVID-19 Notes:

Our plan is constantly evolving as new information and guidelines become available, with the overarching goal of creativity and community in a safe and healthy environment. Safety measures we will be taking include:

  • Groups will remain separate from each other at all times and group size will follow local health orders.

  • Thorough cleaning of surfaces and spaces will be a priority!

  • We will reduce the use of shared spaces, supplies, and equipment.

  • Per the State of WI Emergency Order, face coverings/masks are required of all who are five-years-old and older when in an enclosed space (exceptions made for snack time). All staff and specialists will wear masks.

  • Specialists who work with multiple groups will keep a minimum 6 ft distance from students.

  • Health and temperature checks will be required upon arrival for students and staff.

  • Hand sanitizer and hand washing stations will always available for students and staff and frequent hand washing will be practiced.

  • We will follow all health and safety requirements and guidelines from Public Health Madison & Dane County regarding quarantines and closures. If Club needs to close for a period of time due to a positive COVID result of a student or staff member or due to a requirement from Public Health, accounts will be credited accordingly for the days Club is closed.

  • An upgraded air purification system has been installed at Monroe Street Arts Center. Read more here!
